Before I ever worked with energy fields or subconscious reprogramming, I was a police officer navigating high-stakes situations, helping people through some of the hardest moments of their lives, and filing more paperwork than I care to remember.
After a fluke back injury forced me to leave the policing world behind, it opened the door to the work I was actually meant for… helping women release old patterns, emotions, energies, and even identities, so they can step into their full power and potential and have the bigger impact they know they're here to have.
My time as a police officer taught me to value facts, evidence, and precision—the same lens I now use to uncover what blocks women from showing up as their fullest, truest selves.
Today, my approach blends the best of both worlds. Grounded, evidence-based methods with the intuition and advanced energetics that modern science is only just beginning to catch up with.
